FAQ

FJC proudly serves Government Agencies like the United States Marshals Service (USMS) in transporting, storing, maintaining and selling seized and forfeited vehicles in their Asset Forfeiture Divison programs.  In the follow area potential customers seeking to buy USMS seized and forfeited assets, or any government program vehicles can find answers to the most commonly asked questions.  As always, potential buyers may look for sales information on this web site or by calling 615-390-2562.

All Government seized and forfeited vehicle sold by Flynn Jensen Company (FJC) shall be posted on this web site, on the web site of the actual location where the vehicles are to be sold, and in print media where the government vehicles are stored.  A sure way to determine where any vehicles are being sold at an FJC auction is to call Pete Flynn at 615-390-2562 or email him at pete.flynn@flynnjensen.com.

There are multiple ways to pay for vehicles purchased at a Government auction.  Most importantly though, there is always a specific set of Terms and Conditions that govern the specific sale that is taking place.  Buyers must carefully review the Terms and Conditions of Sale located at the auction location, or in the case of an On-Line Vehicle Auction, on the web site where the auction is taking place.

Payment methods typically are cash, certified check, and credit cards (check with sale location to be sure credit cards are acceptible).  Payment must be made immediately following the conclusion of a sale or in the case of an On-line Vehicle Auction within 24 hours after purchase.  Consult the sale Terms and Conditions for specific sale payment requirements.

All Government seized and forfeited vehicles are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS."  The Sale Terms and Conditions spells out these rules clearly.  There is always a preview period at least one business day prior to sale day and usually on the period of time prior to the actual sale start time.  Buyers are cautioned to preview vehicles they may be bidding on by attending the preview or by carefully reviewing the vehicle's condition report posted on various web sites.  Potential customers that may not be able to attend a preview may contract with a local mechanic to have he/she preview the vehicle for them and report back.  In any case, once you purchase the vehicle there is no arbitration or negotiation once the sale is consummated.

It's easy!  Just contact anyone of the FJC team or go to FJC's web page www.flynnjensen.com for future sale postings.  We put information on the web site as quickly as we get it from the Agency selling vehicles.
